Returns & Cancellations Policy
Cancellations:
In the event that we need to cancel your order due to unavailable stock due to manufacturer error, meaning that that an item is no longer available, we will contact you that the order has been cancelled as soon as we are informed by the manufacturer. We will only cancel the unavailable part of the order if more than one item is ordered.
We hold a large stock of Available to Order products and offer Future Production (Pre-Order) items. Products that have been requested as a special order, such as a bespoke conversion or a pre-ordered special model cannot be cancelled. A deposit may be taken at the time of ordering subject to size of the order. The full amount will be due before the item is shipped, these can only be returned if faulty, please see returns policy below:

All items sold by us are guaranteed to be as advertised and to be satisfactory to you but occasionally things can go wrong. If any item is not satisfactory, you may return it to us for exchange, credit or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged for another product or the cost of the items refunded. We will replace faulty goods with an identical replacement item or refund if the item is no longer available.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
Customers have the right to return standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of receiving the order.
Conditions for return:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Items must include original packaging where possible
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs
The following restocking fees apply:
- 15% restocking fee for standard (non-custom) items returned without fault
Items must be returned within 14 days after return approval.
If items are returned in a condition different from how they were sent (including damaged or incomplete packaging), we reserve the right to reduce or refuse the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
All purchases are covered under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
When reporting a fault, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging
In some cases minor issues (such as parts becoming unclipped during transit) can be resolved without returning the item.
If a return is required, the item must be returned in its original box and packaging where possible.
Once received and inspected, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A repair, or
- A full refund if the item cannot be replaced
Return postage will be reimbursed for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Returning Items
Customers are responsible for the item until it safely reaches us.
For your protection we recommend using:
- Tracked delivery
- Signed-for delivery
Please obtain a proof of postage certificate when sending items back.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were supplied.
For example:
- New models must be returned in mint condition
- Vintage items may show age-related wear consistent with the original description
Items returned damaged or incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless store credit is specifically requested.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow an additional 7–10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

Warranty Policy
At F1 Diecast Conversions, we take pride in the quality of our models.
Our models come with a standard 2-year retailer warranty, which covers manufacturing defects such as metal fatigue or material faults under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, modifications, or general wear and tear. As many of our products are customised or modified, any alterations made after purchase may void the original manufacturer’s warranty.
If you believe your item has developed a fault within the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and advise on the next steps.
