F1 Diecast Conversions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order with F1 Diecast Conversions, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Description

All items will be supplied with a display case, original case, or box unless specifically stated otherwise in the item description.

Due to the nature of custom and converted models, there may be minor variations in packaging, boxes, or cases.

2. Custom and Bespoke Orders

Custom or bespoke orders are made to the customer's specification and may take approximately 6–8 weeks to complete.

Because these items are made specifically for the customer, custom or bespoke items are not eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty.

In certain circumstances, a repair or replacement may be offered where appropriate.

3. Order Acceptance

F1 Diecast Conversions reserves the right to cancel, decline, or partially fulfil any order if items become unavailable, discontinued, or cannot be supplied.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and any payment received will be refunded.

4. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices charged will be those displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the payment address unless an alternative delivery address is provided at the time of purchase.

Customers may request signed-for delivery, which will incur an additional charge.

International delivery times may vary. Delivery to some non-EU destinations may take up to 60 days.

6. Missing or Lost Items

• UK orders: Missing or lost deliveries must be reported within 60 days of dispatch.
  
  
• Non-EU orders: Missing items should be reported after 61 days from dispatch to allow sufficient time for international delivery.
  
  

7. Returns – Non-Faulty Items

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns:

• The buyer must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the item.
  
  
• The item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  
  
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  
  

The following restocking fees apply:

• 15% restocking fee for items returned without fault.

Returns must be received by the seller within 14 days of return approval.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty.

Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Evidence such as photos of the product and packaging may be required to assess the issue.

9. Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• Damage not caused during transit where no evidence of damage to the outer parcel is provided.
  
  
• The buyer attempts to repair or modify the item themselves.
  
  
• The fault or defect was clearly disclosed before purchase.
  
  
• Proof of purchase cannot be provided.
  
  

Refunds will only be issued to the original buyer using the original payment method.

10. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The seller recommends using tracked or signed-for postage for returned items, as the seller cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

11. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with F1 Diecast Conversions, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
