Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped using tracked services where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us and we will provide them.

Why isn’t my reference number recognised by Track your item?

There could be a number of reasons for this.

• Please check you've entered the number correctly.
• Check the reference number is for an item sent with Royal Mail, using a service that offers tracking.
• If the item has been sent. The we might have created a tracking number, but not yet submitted the item into the network. Please try again later.
• Find out more about which services you can track.

What can I do if I’ve lost my reference number?

 If you cannot find this, please email us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

Please note: Royal Mail can’t use any other information like a name or address to track items. Unfortunately, without a reference number, you won’t be able to track your item.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to:

• Import taxes
• Customs duties
• Handling or brokerage fees

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking information for updates
2. Contact the courier directly if a delivery attempt was made
3. If the issue is unresolved, contact us with your order number

If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with the courier to investigate and arrange either a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
