Payment Processing

Payments are taken at the time of order. Once your payment has been successfully authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details or contact your payment provider.

Fees & Charges

• We do not charge any additional payment processing fees on orders
• The total amount you pay at checkout includes the product price and shipping costs
• For international orders, additional charges such as currency conversion fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your bank or local customs authority

These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Payment Returns

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout:

• PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account
• Card payments via Square will be refunded to the original card used

Please note:

• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider
• Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider (such as currency conversion fees) may not be refundable

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
