A. We accept Paypal and Square, which means all major debit and credit cards internationally in a safe and secure way. We can also accept IBAN but contact us first to arrange.

Q. Where do you ship?

A. We ship internationally, including Brazil and South America.

Q. What are the Postage fees?

A. Postage fees vary but are calcuated in the checkout before payment. These vary between countries type selected and size, but are clearly visible before checkout.

Damages to Model Cars

With 14 years experience of creating, packaging and shipping these fragile items to customers all around the world, unfortunately sometimes the item might arrive damaged due to the carriers.

Here are some guidelines if the product you have ordered arrives in less than perfect condition:

Damaged Packaging - We cannot guarantee that the postage box will arrive in pristine condition, this is due to the weather, and mail carriers handing the postage box. However if it is excessively damaged and has caused damage to your product, please let us know.

Careful Handling - Please take care when opening your package, pieces that can clip back on your model may have come off in the box, it is important to find these before disposing of the packaging.

Repairing Minor Damage - A very large portion of the models that we receive back as damaged returns are usually repaired by us very quickly and easily. Often the repair required is a simple as gluing on a wheel or a helmet. Sometimes it is even easier with unclipped suspension, which simply clips back into place.

You have the right to return any model if you wish following our Returns Policy, however due to the rareness and hard to find nature of the models we supply, a tiny drop of glue can solve most problems, and if you dont have any suitable glue, please email us and we will provide it at no extra charge.
